Thanks to the lack of care coming from the owner of my parent's house, I need to move out to another place if I wish to stay in good health and not get my stuff damaged by humidity (currently, 70% in my room, despite the use of room driers 24.7)

Thus, I've had to plan my move in emergency, and I'm not financially secure for the first month.
