Long time no see, I'm 22 soonAnyway, welcome back my fellow watchers! You may have wondered where the French orca was for so long, or what was holding him back from updating this journal and gallery...well, here are some answer
As you may know, I was still unemployed back in January, and my insurance was running short...but I got lucky enough and received a couple of phone calls for jobs here and there, thus why I was quiet since then. I had, like, 4 interviews in a row x.X but I finally made it and integrated a pretty big IT consulting company for a mission they were just about to plan with a big distribution company.
Since the 16th of February, I am no longer unemployed! I still need to send in some documents for the insurance services, but it's almost all settled by now! ^^
I'm paid a little lower than my previous job, but there are things that are really worth that small loss...like a good ambiance, cool people, possibilities of evolution, advantages for lunches and such, all those things that I didn't even hear of when I was working for the other guys. So far, it's going very well! ^.^
That will give me in the near future to move out to my own place..but we're not here yet, hehe
Also, in 3 days I'm gonna turn 22 for the first and only time of my life...Time sure flies fast, I feel like I had been laid off only yesterday, but it's been 8 months already!
BTW, I'm taking the chance to send a little message to all the wonderful artists here that I still have commissions with: if you could at least give me news about the artworks in progress and such before the 25th of March (bday), that would be sooo kind of you ^.^; I don't press anyone, though, you don't have to rush up things or jeopardize your current works in progress
